Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Delivery Management, with a particular emphasis on Quadient (or) GMC Inspire, .Net, and UX Design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery management process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilize Quadient (or) GMC Inspire to design and implement effective delivery strategies.
Oversee the development and integration of .Net applications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Apply UX Design principles to enhance user experience and satisfaction in delivered solutions.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
