Eightfold Consultant (Configuration / Implementation)

📍 Location: Fremont, CA (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite)

💰 Rate: $70

💼 Experience: 4–5 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Configure and administer the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform.

Support global rollouts, acquisitions, and implementation projects.

Handle employee, candidate, job, and requisition data migration and validation.

Perform data mapping and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold.

Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.

Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data-related issues.

Support production cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.

Prepare configuration documents, data mapping specifications, and test scripts.

🔹 Required Skills:

4–5 years of hands-on Eightfold implementation and configuration experience.

Strong knowledge of HR data migration, validation, and reconciliation.

Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and HR system interfaces.

Experience supporting global rollouts and acquisition implementations.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Excel skills.
