Role: SAP Functional Consultant
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
1+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion experience is required.
Participation in at least one conversion or transformation project involving finance workstreams, from discovery and fit-to-standard workshops through design, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
Ability to assess custom ECC processes and configurations, identify S/4HANA simplification impacts, document gaps, and recommend standard or redesigned solutions.
Experience preparing and validating finance data for conversion, including master data, open items, balances, asset values, reconciliation, and post-load validation.
Knowledge of conversion readiness activities, custom-code and process remediation, cutover planning, mock conversions, defect resolution, and financial reconciliation.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition through RISE with SAP is preferred, including awareness of clean-core principles and cloud operating models.
Strong understanding of FICO integration with Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Human Resources, Treasury, Project Systems, and CO-PA.
Experience designing and supporting interfaces between SAP Finance and third-party applications such as procurement, travel and expense, tax, payroll, banking, and reporting platforms.
Ability to lead requirements gathering, process design, configuration, functional specifications, test planning, user acceptance testing, regression testing, training, deployment, and production support.
Proficiency troubleshooting finance postings, period-close issues, integration failures, interfaces, batch jobs, and performance or data-quality problems.
Ability to develop clear functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, test evidence, controls documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Preferred: experience with SAP Group Reporting for consolidation and statutory or management reporting, including consolidation units, group structures, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, validation, and reporting.
Preferred: experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P), including planning models, dimensions, data actions, allocations, forecasts, versions, stories, security, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Datasphere.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori finance applications, embedded analytics, authorizations, segregation of duties, audit controls, change management, and Agile delivery methods is beneficial.
