Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of flight school aircraft, per company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Must have both A&P and I.A.
Duties: Reading/understanding technical data (maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, engineering drawings, service bulletins, airworthiness directives); knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 43 and 91; troubleshoot/repair/inspect/maintain aircraft per FAA regulations; make aircraft logbook entries and release aircraft for return to service; familiar with Microsoft Office, able to learn a computerized aircraft maintenance tracking program; some medium lifting up to 50 lbs; extensive outdoor/aircraft/equipment exposure, including solvents and aviation gasoline.
