Job Title: Director- Strategic Account – Enterprise Technology

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: FTE

Salary: $220K PA + incentives

Client is looking for an experienced Director of Strategic Account to drive growth across strategic enterprise accounts, build strong customer relationships, and create new business opportunities around Cloud, Data & AI solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years of experience in IT Services Sales / Strategic Account Management

Proven experience in both new business development and account growth

Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts

Strong track record of closing significant deals with large enterprise / Fortune 2000 customers

Experience selling Cloud, Data, AI, or Digital Transformation services, preferably Microsoft Azure

Strong executive-level relationship building, consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills

Experience partnering with Presales, Delivery, Technology, and Alliance teams

Strong business acumen, ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans and revenue-growth strategies

Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and become a strategic technology partner

Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and target accounts

Own opportunities through the complete sales cycle — from discovery and solutioning to negotiation and closure

Collaborate with delivery and presales teams to ensure strong customer outcomes

Drive revenue growth while building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers
