Test & Commissioning Lead / CCO Lead

Required Skills / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading testing or control-center operations in transit, autonomous vehicles, fleet, industrial, or other safety-sensitive environments.
Experience coordinating teams during system integration, commissioning, incidents, service disruptions, or recovery.
Strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret system alerts, logs, test results, configurations, and operational restrictions.
Strong documentation skills, including incident records, test records, shift handovers, and action tracking.
Nice to Have
Experience with automated transit, rail, automated people movers, or safety-critical systems.
Familiarity with OCC/SCADA tools, network monitoring, vehicle diagnostics, Jira, or test-tracking systems.
Incident command or emergency-response framework experience.
Role Summary
The Test & Commissioning Lead / Central Control Operations Lead will oversee safe and coordinated control-center and testing activities. The role will lead readiness, escalation, incident response, service restoration, commissioning windows, controlled changes, and operational handovers.
