The Service Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end operations across a complex hybrid infrastructure comprising of network devices, Access points, physical sites integrated with Azure cloud networks, on-prem, and Cloud Servers. The SDM will manage the operation, shift, overlap, lead incident triaging and control.
Proficient with Cisco CLI, Meraki Dashboard, FortiGate GUI/CLI, Aruba SD-WAN Orchestrator, and Zscaler console.
