Founding Growth Leader — Goodlane Logistics
Company Information
Company Name: Goodlane Logistics (Startup)
Company X Factor
AI-native freight brokerage startup helping independent freight agents build and scale their own agencies. Seed-stage company founded in 2025 with approximately $500K ARR signed in its first three months and $10M in total funding. Founding team environment with significant ownership and direct access to the founders.
Compensation
Salary: $140,000–$200,000
Equity: Competitive equity
Experience
4–8 years ideal (up to 15 years maximum)
Role Overview
Goodlane is looking for a founding growth leader to own everything top-of-funnel and build a repeatable pipeline engine from scratch.
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in B2B growth/demand generation.
Owned pipeline creation end-to-end at an early-stage startup (pre-seed to Series B).
Track record of building repeatable top-of-funnel engines from scratch.
Bonus points if you’re a former founder or have ABM experience targeting a small, high-value universe of accounts.
Responsibilities
Own everything top-of-funnel: define target personas, develop positioning, and build the content and channel strategy that generates qualified conversations with independent freight agents.
Run structured growth experiments across outbound, events, community (e.g., Reddit), and content — each with a hypothesis, target segment, message, and success metric.
Build and execute an ABM-oriented approach against a ~5,000 account universe, prioritizing high-ACV targets ($50K–$500K annual value).
Develop tentpole content pieces — case studies, data dives, benchmarks — that establish credibility and support outbound efforts.
Plan and execute small in-person event series (e.g., dinner series) across multiple cities to get face-to-face with target prospects.
Work directly with the founder to mine sales calls for objections, language, and insights — feeding learnings back into targeting, content, and positioning.

B2B growth / demand generation experience
Early-stage startup experience, ideally Seed–Series B
End-to-end pipeline / top-of-funnel ownership
