We need candidates with strong, current experience across on-premises (NASCO is currently 90-95% on-prem) and hybrid infrastructure who can support complex infrastructure migrations and help define the modernization strategy that follows.
Candidates need to demonstrate
Broad infrastructure architecture experience, including compute, storage, virtualization, connectivity, VDI, resilience, and observability/instrumentation
Experience with modern on-premises and hybrid infrastructure technologies, with cloud as part of the overall architecture
Experience supporting complex infrastructure migrations
The ability to develop infrastructure roadmaps, and practical modernization strategies
Strong technical leadership and the ability to influence decisions across internal teams, service providers, and senior leadership
